Returns and cancellation policy

You have the right to return any product you buy from our site in a period of 14 days , starting from the day that you receive the product .

This product may be replaced by other of the same kind , or you can have your money back .

In case you want a replacement , the shipping costs of both the returning and the new product are responsibility of the customer .

In case that want a refund then TALOS will refund you the price that you payed for the product minus the shipping costs ( the shipping in the case of refunds will also be responsibility of the client ). As soon as we receive the product , we will transfer you the rest of the money to your account or if want to , it can be saved as store credit for future purchases .

In every case the shipping costs are responsibility of the client and the product must be at the same condition when it arrived to the customer , alongside with all the paperwork that it came with (receipt , invoice) and its full package .

If a product is returned damaged ( or in any way different from its condition when it left our store ) our e – shop has the right to demand a compensation from the customer ( the amount of which will be determined by the final condition of the product.Furthermore , in any case that you have been delivered a faulty or damaged product or different from what you bought, or in any other case that you can prove that you have been delivered anything else but that what you ordered , you have the right to return the product and ask for a replacement or return .

In this case the shipping costs are responsibility of TALOS . TALOS will accept the return of any product only if it has remained unused and in the same condition as it was when it arrived to the customer .

In the case of return and replacement you can replace your order with a product at the price level as the one you had ordered before or higher and you can cover the price difference (if the price of the second product is higher ).But second return is not provided nor acceptable .

In any case of return of a product , it has to be with all the alongside paperwork that it came with and be in the same condition that it was when it arrived to the customer .

You have to let us know if you want a return or refund by e-mail , the day day you received the product or the next .If you want to replace your product please e-mail us and let us know which product you want to switch it with . For hygiene purposes earrings are not returnable .
