Apatite The word Apatite comes from the Greek “apatw” (fraud) because it is often amalgamated with other minerals. Apatite is a phosphoric calcite, characterized by the hexagonal  crystal system and the hardness of 5 on the Mohs scale. Apatite can be found in many countries, including Brazil, USA, India Sri Lanka, Pakistan Africa and Mexico.

Crystal Quartz The name for this mineral derives from the Greek word “xalaza”, which means hail, due to the fact that in ancient times many people believed that it is solidified water. It is a silicone mineral, which crystalises in the trigonal/hexagonal system. Its hardness is measured at 7 on the Mohs scale. Crystal Quartz can be found in various countries, including Brazil, the USA, Sri Lanka, India and Madagascar.
